RSCC – Reception and Study Center For Children

• Reception and Study Center for Children is located in Prado Siongco, Lubao,Pampanga. The facility caters for children, abused and/or abandoned, 0-7 years of age, with or without handicap that need special care.
• RSCC is the first orphanage that our foundation helped. We provided a building for cerebral palsy patients in here which we called “the Orange House”.
• For more than 25 years our friends from The Netherlands has continuously provided support to RSCC. Their dedication and continuous commitment has made a lot of difference in the lives of the disadvantaged children. This teamwork of people working together, sharing resources and in the process of learning from each other and valuing each other’s commitment and expertise is what effective partnership is all about.
